its my ah gong's bday
today!
whee!
may he enjoy the
rest of his life
in the most meaningful way
and also, living it happily! ((:
we went to a restaurant
at amoy street for dinner.
it was like the entire family,
which includes my ahgong, ahma,
my mum(eldest), my dad,
my 2nd aunt, my 3rd aunt, 3rd uncle,
4th aunt, 4th uncle, 5th aunt,
6th aunt, 6th aunt uncle,
7th aunt, 7th uncle, 7th uncle's mum,
7th uncle's dad, 1st uncle, 1st uncle's wife,
2nd uncle, 2nd uncle's wife, me, my sis,
yuzhen(cousin), alvin(cousin),
samuel(cousin), joel(cousin),
matthew(cousin), cheryl(cousin),
hsiao fang(cousin), youwee(cousin),
bryan(cousin), bryan's sis(cousin,
i cant seem to remember her name),
chong chong(cousin), xin hui(cousin),
jamie(cousin).
WHOA! that's like a million people :p
the food wasnt as i'd expected from
a well-known restaurant )):
but well, we enjoyed :))
as we were about to leave,
something TOTALLY unexpected
happened!!
omg, this is really a big big surprise!
guess what,
JACKIE CHAN,
yup, JACKIE CHAN appeared!!!
he was apprarently dining at the same place
as us, and seeing him,
my uncle(6th aunt's hunsband) went
to invite him over to take a picture with
my ah gong!!
omg, he really did! (as a trick
to "LURE" more supporters)
when i first saw him,
i was like, IS THAT JACKIE CHAN?
and indeed, his nose gave him away
even though he was trying to keep a
low profile. HAHAS!
after which, the cousins,
me, alvin, smauel, joel
went to catch a movie @ century sq.
we watched K.o.H (kingdom of heaven)
and its a good show. though i do suspect how
true to content appears to be. heheehs!
finally, its home sweet home!
i took a cab back
and it cost me $20 :((
HOLE IN MY WALLET!
but it was also money well spent,
for i spent an enjoyable time with
my cousins as well as the entire family ((:
