dead.
totally dead..
couldnt wake up this morn
for service.
was totally drained
from yday's adventure quest.
almost wanted to sleep the whole day.
anyway,
my entire body hurts now,
but its nothing compared
to the MENTAL guilty. :(
yup, we (me/gab/tim/sam)
represented 19th for AQ 2005.
i thought it was like
chicken feet aft we completed
Company AQ as the fastest team.
then i had this
EASY LAH mentality for this AQ.
who knows...
it was really really tough.
we had to climb hills
which are near 90 degress in steepness
had way too many cramps trying to
climb the hills
and was really frustrated.
during the hikes and all,
i was also very angry with gab cause we
were like walking in circles
for almost 2hours.
showed lots of lousy attitude
during the journey :(
finally, we got out of the trail
and managed to make it
to the next leg.
when we reached the
kayaking station,
i was already half-dead.
we had to kayak 5km
to retrieve some sticks
and return.
the kayaks suck and
me and gab were like shaking the entire time
aft we started the 2nd leg,
it was already my limit.
still continued to carry on
and the cycling's making my leg
cramp even more.
due to the rain,
the terrain was like choco fudge.
THICK AND SLIMY.
when we couldnt cycle anymore,
we had to push the bikes
and we were literally walking
on CHOCO FUDGE!
super disgusting.
and the trail which we took
was like 2okm
and we had to cycle for so so so so
long :(
inside the trail, i already told myself
i'm gone.
totally out and physically dead.
i pushed my bike up hills and slowly pedaled
on straight ground.
when we were out,
i really couldnt move anymore
though i really wanted to.
no more strength in me..
i requested to open the SOP
which will disqualify our team
and we did.
we sat at the tunnel waiting for
mr.tan to come pick us up.
when they reached,
they told me smth...
mr.or said
"aiya, if u guys had pushed to the next
checkpoint which was
only 500m away,
u guys would have won, cause
they cancelled the last leg"
this made me felt like
crying.
cause i made my team
lost a chance of attaining
an honour roll
at this year's AQ.
and i still dared to show
attitude during the journey..
i really showed no
BB spirit during the race :(
i really have to thank all my team-mates
for enduring with me thru-out the entire race.
